Paralos Kosta Alímia is unwavering in its commitment to sustainable construction and operations. We continually assess our practices to operate sustainably and reduce our footprint on the planet. Deeply rooted in our dedication to local communities, we strive to bring out the best in our personnel and partners. By supporting local businesses and hiring professionals from the surrounding areas, we fortify our bond with the community. Collaborating closely with Cretan farmers and sourcing the freshest products daily is always at the forefront of our priorities. 

Conserving energy and water remains paramount in our daily operations. The eco-friendly salt electrolysis system implemented in our pools is gentle on both the environment and all who use them. Approximately 70% of Paralos Kosta Alímia’s hot water supply is solar-powered, and we harness heat from our refrigeration and air conditioning systems to warm our indoor pool. 

Our eco-initiatives also encompass the integration of geothermal energy, the installation of heat-resistant facades, heat and soundproof windows, and ceiling fans in every room. Additionally, we prioritise water waste separation, recycling, energy consumption management (adhering to ISO 50001 standards), and food waste management.
